The mission of the ISS Operations Division is to develop, implement, maintain, and monitor FAA wide standards, policies, and models through initiatives such as Information Systems Security, Quality Assurance, Customer Relations, Software Engineering Resource Center, integrated Capability Maturity Model, Business Planning and Testing Standards. These functions will position AOS as the recognized leader and provider of choice for national level engineering.
